1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Frapea ("we", "us"), meaning the operator of Frapea, collects and uses information when you use frapea.com, app.frapea.com, motion.frapea.com and any other Frapea service (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. When accounts are available: your name or username, email address, login details, and information from any sign-in provider you choose.
- Content you give us. Files, media, projects, compositions, text and other content you upload, create, share or otherwise provide through the Services.
- Usage information. How you interact with the Services — features used, pages visited, actions taken, session timing, errors and performance data.
- Device and technical information. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from your IP address, and identifiers, which we may collect with cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications. Messages you send us, such as support requests, feedback and bug reports, and any information they contain.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain and secure the Services;
- create and manage accounts;
- measure and understand how the Services are used;
- fix problems, and improve and develop the Services and new products;
- train, test and evaluate machine learning and AI models, as described in our Terms of Use;

- prevent abuse, fraud and illegal activity, and enforce our Terms; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We may also create aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you, and use it for any purpose.

We measure usage of the Services, including through third-party analytics providers, using cookies and similar technologies. This helps us understand which features are used and where problems occur.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- with service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, storage, analytics, security and email providers, for those purposes;
- with people you choose — content you share by link can be viewed by anyone who has the link;
- for legal reasons, when we believe it is required by law or needed to protect the rights, safety or property of users, the public or us, including reporting illegal content to the authorities; and
- in a business transfer, if the Services are transferred to a successor, for example through a reorganisation, merger or sale.
6. International processing
We and our service providers may store and process information in countries other than the one you live in, which may have different data protection rules.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy — for example, while your account is active — and then delete or de-identify it. Shared content may expire and be deleted automatically. We may keep some information longer where needed for security, to prevent abuse, or for legal reasons. We do not guarantee that any content will be retained or backed up.
8. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account or your personal information by writing to hellofrapea@gmail.com. We aim to complete deletion requests within about 30 days. Some information may remain for a limited time in backups or where we must keep it for security or legal reasons. Aggregated or de-identified information and models already trained are not affected.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no service is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and keep your login details private.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted, or on a later date we state, and the "Last updated" date shows when it last changed. If you have an account, we will tell you about material changes in the Services or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
