# Frapea

> A full video editor that runs in a Chromium tab, exposed as tools over the
> Model Context Protocol — so an AI agent makes the edit rather than suggesting
> it, and hands back a real timeline you can still take apart.

Frapea is not a generator. It does not invent footage. It cuts, trims, ripples,
captions, tracks faces, switches multicam angles and authors motion graphics on
material you already have — and then renders its own frames back to check the
result before it says it is done.

- Runs in desktop Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) on Windows,
  macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. The blocker for Safari and Firefox is the File
  System Access API, which Frapea uses to read and write your project folder.
- Exports MP4 or WebM — H.264, H.265, VP9 or AV1 — from 720p to 4K, plus SRT
  and VTT sidecars. A small Frapea watermark and end card are on by default and
  switch off with one toggle above Export — free.
- Every agent edit is a single undo step.
- Motion compositions are real code — springs, interpolation, React — and sit on
  the timeline as ordinary clips.
